ISAIAH JASMIN
For over 15 years, Isaiah's career has reflected his deep passion for helping others. As the director of several non-profit organizations, Isaiah has assisted families and individuals from various backgrounds, cultures, and environments.
Isaiah's work has included working directly with young children, adolescents, and adults to achieve their personal goals. Isaiah has vast experience serving specialty service programs for children on the autism spectrum disorder and aids families through the process. With a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Communications and being a certified life coach and trainer, Isaiah is a business owner and motivational speaker.Isaiah founded Knotus in 2017, devoted to working directly with those who may benefit from his insights and perspective on life. His desire for Knotus is to help build a stronger community of individuals empowered by their circumstances and seek to take advantage of all that life offers.
JENNY jASMIN
With a Master of Science in Child and Adolescent Developmental Psychology, Jenny is a Developmental Specialist who has worked in Early Intervention (EI) for over seven years.
She received her Bachelor's degree in Child Psychology from Bridgewater State University and is now committed to working collaboratively with families, guardians, teachers, and childcare providers in assessing children's developmental needs, deficiencies, and disabilities. Jenny has extensive experience working with specialty service programs for children on the autism spectrum disorder and facilitates families through the transition process for their children to enter the public school system. Jenny knew at an early age that she wanted to play a role in providing support and assistance for child growth and development. Jenny is the oldest out of thirteen siblings and has been around children her entire life. Jenny is a mother of two daughters who has kept her grounded and centered. Her best friend and husband has been her support throughout her journey. And now both work collaboratively to affect change in their community.

For over 10 years, John is particularly passionate about identifying and harnessing the unique existing innate strengths of our clients, as a means of finding and empowering their authentic individual voice.
He has over 1,000 hours of coaching experience, and he is trained in executive coaching and strengths-based coaching.
